Strip House Napa Valley Reserve Now Pouring

At Las Vegas’ Premiere Steak House

Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino introduces its first private label wine, Strip House Napa Valley Reserve.

Strip House Napa Valley Reserve is a 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon bold enough to complement Strip House’s signature steaks, yet graceful enough to be enjoyed on its own. The custom blend is full of ripe fruit, lush tannins and good intensity. Diners will enjoy pairing the wine with all of Strip House's cuts, from the signature Strip Steak to the flavorful bone-in rib eye and the lean filet mignon.

The exclusive wine was created by food and wine aficionados “III Somms” and winemaker Sashi Moorman of Evening Land Vineyards. “III Somms” represents a partnership between sommeliers from three of the country’s best restaurants: Jean-Georges, Daniel, and Ciao Vito. Moorman is renowned for his help in creating signature wines for such restaurants as The French Laundry.

Strip House Napa Valley Reserve can be enjoyed by the glass ($18) or the bottle ($70). Each bottle’s label is decorated with one of several captivating Studio Manasse portraits, the very same ones that adorn Strip House’s walls.
