In the City of Lights IT'S PARIS and NE-YO who lit up the Strip! WHERE?

The Memorial Day Weekend Grand Opening of Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub heated up on Saturday with a number of celebrities checking out the Strip's newest hotspot. In the afternoon, R & B sensation Ne-Yo arrived at Encore Beach Club at 2 p.m. and settled into a second story cabana. He drank Dom Perignon Rose and posed for pictures with fans until shortly before 5 p.m., when he headed back to his suite to prepare for his performance later that evening at Surrender Nightclub.

At about 3 p.m., Paris Hilton arrived at Encore Beach Club with two girlfriends. Wearing a turquoise bikini and a long skirt, the heiress relaxed in a bungalow for an hour, then circled the pool greeting and taking pictures with fans around the entire 60,000 square-foot complex. Around the same time, New Orleans running back Reggie Bush arrived at Encore Beach Club and was escorted to an upper level cabana where he partied with a bevy of beauties. Fellow Saint Jahri Evans was also spotted partying under the sun, as were Ryan Grant of the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson. Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher returned for a second day with teammates Israel Idonije and Adewale Ogunleye.

Later that evening at Surrender Nightclub, Ne-Yo took center stage for a 20-minute performance under the stars. During his first song, "Miss Independent," he grabbed socialite Paris Hilton from the audience and brought her onto the stage to dance to the hit tune. Ne-Yo went on to sing his hits "Sexy Love," "Closer" and a new song, "Beautiful Monster," from his upcoming album, which the artist said was his first live performance of the tune. After wowing the crowd, the Las Vegas native headed back to a second story cabana where he drank Grey Goose and Red Bull with an entourage of more than a dozen friends.

Hilton returned to the hotspot just before Ne-Yo's performance at 12:45 a.m. Clubgoers went wild at the sight of the heiress who wore a black and gold dress with a gold headband. Paris held court at a patio table at Surrender until 2 a.m. Also at Surrender on Saturday was UFC president Dana White.
