Visiting the Holiday Cactus Garden at ethel's during the holiday's is an event that should not be missed. It would seem like having a cactus garden that conveys the holiday feeling and cheer would be a feat. A feat that is performed and wonderfully displayed at ethel's. From the meandering walkways decorated with twinkling lights to the Christmas trees decorated by various schools around the valley the holiday season has begun!
Children were bright eyed and were asking for Santa who soon arrived and will be on hand every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening and on Dec 21, 22, and 23rd! Their hands were in gloves and mittens and smiling faces were everywhere with cups of hot chocolate. Truly a magical evening and one that both children and adults truly appreciated and enjoyed. Mr. George Wallace was on hand to the delight of the crowd and Christmas carols were sung. Zowie Bowie performed and had the crowd rocking. It was truly a moment that had the community united in the holiday spirit.
Take a loved one and stroll among the twinkling lights and think happy thoughts and let the feelings of the joy of the season sweep you away!
