The dramatic outdoor deck provides almost a 360-degree view of the Vegas skyline, with a glass inset in the floor offering a jaw-dropping view straight down. Specialty cocktails include champagne concoctions and the signature "ghostini” as well as an extensive champagne selection and limited, hand-picked wine list, with high-end wines by the glass.
