Aussie hunk Ryan Kwanten of HBO's True Blood celebrated his 33rd birthday in true Vegas fashion. Friday night the actor was joined by a large group of friends for dinner under the watchful eye of TAO’s famed Buddha. He raved about the Lobster Wontons along with other specialties from the kitchen, and while it wasn’t his official birthday until midnight, he celebrated with a dessert platter and candles for blowing out.
The group made their way to the club taking over a VIP table in the moat, and though girls flocked to him he was a constant gentleman. One female admirer even approached with a flyer for his Saturday party at LAVO with his photo on it saying "this is you!" He laughed and pointed to his friend and said, “nope its him!”!
Saturday afternoon, Kwanten and friends lunched at Dos Caminos, and Saturday night the celebration continued with his official birthday party at LAVO. The famed LAVO Kobe Meatball was a hit with the group and friends toasted the actor with Veuve Clicquot Champagne. After dinner they partied at a dance floor table, imbibing with Ryan’s drink of choice all weekend, Don Julio Tequila. A large red birthday cake presented in the club was a great surprise for Kwanten. As the wee hours of the morning approached the crew made their way over to TAO to hear DJ Vice spin.
Also spotted at LAVO, the two buxom blonde villains from The Real Housewives of Orange County partying it up with their men. Gretchen Rossi with Slade Smiley along with Alexis Bellino and husband Jim took a table right in front of the DJ on the dance floor. Though they didn't arrive until after midnight they wasted no time getting in to the groove. Slade and Gretchen were grinding on each other and dancing sexy all night, and while pal Alexis danced as well, her husband kept a watchful and jealous eye on her.
