Stratosphere Hotel & Casino to kick off Las Vegas 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
The Stratosphere Hotel & Casino will host a free NASCAR Camping World Truck Series autograph session on Friday, Sept. 25, from 7-8 p.m. The session, located in the casino at 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will kick off the pre-event festivities for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Las Vegas 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 26.
Topping the list of NASCAR drivers who already have agreed to participate is 2006 Truck Series champion Todd Bodine, winner of the 2005 Las Vegas 350. Bodine also won the 2001 Sam’s Town 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at LVMS.
Joining Bodine will be Stacy Compton, Matt Crafton, Johnny Sauter, 2002 Las Vegas 350 winner David Starr, Terry Cook, Brian Scott, Jason White, Chad McCumbee, Brian Ickler and Tayler Malsam. More drivers are expected to sign up as the event draws near.
Qualifying for the Las Vegas 350 is set for 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and the green flag will drop at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the Las Vegas 350 and Neon Garage fan experience may be purchased by calling the LVMS Ticket Services Office at (702) 644-4444 or online at www.LVMS.com.
