MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris, Las Vegas’ premier French sensation, recently welcomed its first American dancer to the prestigious dance troupe. Kristal D’Arc, a stage name provided by Crazy Horse Paris management, has begun to stun audiences with her sophistication and poise when dancing in the show. Since the inception of Crazy Horse in Paris in 1951 and the sister show in Las Vegas in 2001, there has never been an American dancer. D’Arc earned her position with the illustrious French cabaret when American auditions were held in March 2008 where she was flown to Paris for a three-month training with the dance company. Prior to joining Crazy Horse Paris, D’Arc has previous experience performing with the Rockettes and entertaining on cruise ships before a dance injury sidelined her career. When she auditioned for Crazy Horse Paris, it was the first dance tryout she had attempted in more than three years. MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris performs nightly (dark Tuesdays) at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
