To honor America's love of burgers on National Hamburger Day (May 28), Islands Restaurants, known for fine burgers and a family-friendly atmosphere has partnered with the Children's Miracle Network to offer the "Miracle Menu" at all restaurant locations. Available May 28 – June 12, the "Miracle Menu" consists of the popular Spinach & Artichoke Dip, the signature Big Wave with Cheese (and fries!) and the decadent Kona Pie. 10 percent of the proceeds from each item ordered from the special "Miracle Menu" will be donated to St. Rose Dominican Hospitals to help reach the $100,000 donation goal. The Las Vegas Island Restaurant is located on 10810 W. Charleston Blvd.
