Dos Caminos Mexican Kitchen inside The Palazzo is the perfect place to start the day in Las Vegas 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The $19.95 full breakfast buffet highlights Mexican specialties such as Pan Torrejas, a Mexican French toast, Huevos con Chorizo, and Chilaquiles, a baked tortilla casserole with sunny-side up eggs, Mexican cheese and tres chiles salsa. Classic offerings such as seasonal whole fruits, yogurt, granola and cereal and assorted bagels and breads complete the buffet selection. Fresh orange, grapefruit, cranberry and tomato juices along with coffee are included.
Signature Dos Caminos margaritas, along with Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas and Bellinis are available for an additional cost from the full bar.
