Join Students Organizing Diversity Activities as we host our annual Latin@ Heritage Month event! This is our FIRST program of the year, and we are starting things off right!
From 6pm to 7pm, join us for free dance lessons, live music, and art and artifact displays ALL happening outside the Student Union Ballroom (pre-function space, balcony, and Pida Plaza)!
Then, make sure to grab a seat for the main event! At 7pm, join us inside the Ballroom for live musical, dance, and spoken word performances!
SPECIAL GUEST: Mark Gonzales (Def Jam Poet and Activist)
But wait, the party isn't over yet! FREE Salvadorean food will follow the event along with a night of music and dancing hosted by Las Vegas's newest Spanish radio station: LA KALLE 99.3!
This is bound to be an amazing night, so be sure to join us and bring a friend! All are welcome, and the best part is...it's all FREE!
