Mexican Independence Day special Dinner!! Five courses! Ambhar Tequila!



Ambhar Tequila and Boulder Station Present the Ambhar Tequila Dinner in Honor of Mexican Independence Day on September Tickets now available for Savory Celebration at Guadalajara Restaurant


Ambhar Tequila and Guadalajara Restaurant at Boulder Station will kick off Mexican Independence Day on September 16 with a tequila dinner, beginning at 6 p.m., that will both educate and delight guests’ palate with delicious cuisine and award-winning tequila. Tickets are on sale now for $35 per person and guests must be 21 and over to attend. For reservations to secure tickets, please call 702-432-7954.



Guests will enjoy a five-course meal inspired by the restaurant’s traditional Southwestern fare and unique tequila influences, along with Ambhar Tequila cocktails with every course. Ambhar Tequila is the only five-times-distilled, 100 percent blue agave tequila in the world.

First Course

Tequila Snow Crab Nopalitos cheese dip

Served with Ambhar Añejo Suprema Margarita



Second Course

Pollo Reposado: served with a roasted nopales and pepper sauce

Pescado ala Jalisco, served with a pineapple & mango butter sauce

Fourth Course

Flank Steak Añejo with Rock Shrimp topped with a smoked Chipotle demi-glaze

Fifth Course

Mango Añejo Flan
