The Bullring, Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s NASCAR-sanctioned 3/8-mile asphalt oval, will kick off the Independence Day weekend on Thursday, July 2, with its annual Night of Fire holiday spectacular. The evening of family fun will include fireworks, the lightning-fast SMRA Supermodifieds, a spectacular dual jet-car burn, NASCAR-sanctioned stock car racing, freestyle stunt street bikes and a drifting exhibition.
To watch one Supermodified circle a speedway is spectacular; to witness an entire field of Supermodifieds racing on a track simply is breathtaking.
The Bullring's concession stand offers a family-friendly dollar menu, including $1 hot dogs, $1 soda and $1 beer.
Country music fans may win tickets to the summer holiday spectacular by listening to New Country 95.5, KWNR-FM. They also may register on http://www.kwnr.com/ to win the opportunity to ride in the KWNR pace truck.
Spectator gates will open at 5 p.m. with racing at 6:20 p.m.
