Thomas Dekker was spotted at LAVO Las Vegas enjoying a feast of Italian specialties and wine.  The actor was celebrating his 23rd birthday with his mom and a friend.

At TAO Brandy, who recently competed on Dancing with The Stars, dined with her boyfriend on Lobster Pad Thai, dumplings and more before heading over to check out Marquee.  Fashion designer Alexander Wang also fueled up at TAO with Wok Sirloin and Buddha Chicken before hitting the newest nightclub from the partners behind TAO and LAVO
