The spa, named after and designed by Oleksandra Nikolayenko-Ruffin, wife of Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin, offers treatments hand picked by Mrs. Ruffin that reflect her personal philosophy on health and beauty.
“An exceptional spa and salon enhances health and wellbeing,” Ruffin said. “My philosophy is simple: Provide therapies with recognizable results and wellness benefits, and products with pure ingredients in a relaxing, immaculate environment. I want our guests to feel enveloped by beauty and wellness, and retain that feeling well after they return home.”

- Banya – Banyas provide a wetter, more humid sauna experience internationally renown for its health benefits. As you relax in the heat, a therapist will ladle water on hot rocks to add moisture to the air and wave a bundle of dried leaves in the air to release natural oils that help rejuvenate the skin. Your therapist then strokes, brushes, and taps your body with the leaf bundle to improve circulation. The heat induces sweating, which helps remove toxins from the body, opens pores and softens skin.

- · Everlasting Color Gel Manicure and Pedicure – This manicure and pedicure is an exclusive service at Oleksandra Spa & Salon. Guests receive a color gel by OPI that prevents color chipping and nail bed damage, and maintains the beauty and shine of a pedicure or manicure for a full two weeks.
- • Lomi Lomi Massage – Experience the art of this ancient Hawaiian massage ritual, sometimes called the "Loving Hands" massage. Lomi Lomi uses full body massage strokes that travel the length of the body in soothing waves and inspire a new level of relaxation.
