Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top was spotted for the second day in a row at Frankie’s Tiki Room (located at 1712 West Charleston). Gibbons was joined for drinks by his father-in-law this afternoon (7.24.09). The duo hung around for a couple hours inside the bar. Frankie’s Tiki Room, along with Double Down Saloon, are owned and operated by P Moss.
