The rodeo was back in town and Minus5 Ice Bar at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino has created its own bull to take by the horns. In honor of the Professional Bull Riders finals in Las Vegas from October 20-24, Minus5 is featuring a full-sized, 1,200-pound bull carved from clear, pure Canadian ice.
Guests can experience the giant bull up close and personal, as they can not only take pictures with the icy beast, but ride that bad boy as well, making for a complete PBR experience. The bull will be on display until January 2011.
Minus5 recently opened its second Vegas outpost at Monte Carlo in August, and since then has claimed its spot as one of the coolest places to hang out in the city. Everything is made of 100% ice in this icy wonderland, including the bar, tables, benches, walls and even the glasses guests drink from. In addition the new bull, Minus5 at Monte Carlo also boasts a 10-foot, hand-carved ice sculpture of Mount Rushmore and the familiar Welcome to Las Vegas sign.
