Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco listened to customers who were coming in after their shifts or when winding down from a whirlwind night – they all wanted one thing – something more than a watered down late night menu. Chef responded with a creative menu full of FIRST classics like Fish & Chips, Breakfast Mini Burgers and Tuna “Nachos” but for customers looking to ward off late night debauchery with a fun, larger than life menu, Chef created Size Matters – a fun selection of larger-than-life eats featuring items such as:
- • Chicken & Waffles – Half a chicken, thick waffles with Wild Turkey American Honey bourbon maple syrup. Can also be topped with sunny side up eggs. ($17)
- • The Big Dobranski Burger – Already popular with taste testers, the 21 ounce burger is about a foot in diameter and described as “Twice As Big As Your Head.” The Dobranski features six pieces of cheese, six slices of bacon, half an avocado and LTO BBQ Mayo. As with just about everything at FIRST, guests can add some eggs or even an additional patty. ($24)
- • Have You Seen My 12” Weiner? – Fully loaded hot dog with all the fixings. ($12)
- • Two-Handed BLTA – a FIRST Food & Bar classic. The largest and tastiest BLTA in town. ($18)
- • Chicken Fried Steak – Hearty helping of Chicken Fried Steak alongside four eggs, gravy, mashed potatoes and biscuits. ($17)
- • Chicken Parmagiana Lasagna – Two pounds of layered goodness straight from the kitchen of Sammy D. ($24)
