RA Sushi Bar Restaurant located at the Fashion Show Mall will be
hosting its 5th Annual Nicky’s Week Fundraiser May 24-30. Nicky’s
Week is a weeklong event that raises money for St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital. RA Sushi has chosen this charity to work with
because one of the owners of RA had a young nephew who had suffered
from brain cancer and St. Jude assisted the family during his
treatments. Unfortunately young Nicky passed away in February 2005
but the fundraiser was named in his honor to further promote the
exceptional attention and support provided at no cost to families and
children receiving care at St. Jude. During Nicky’s Week, RA Sushi
will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of various food
and beverage items to St, Jude. The items are: Edamame, Tootsy Maki
sushi roll, Shrimp Shumai, FIJI, Red Bull, The Republic of Tea and
other select beverages. RA Sushi is open seven days a week from 11
a.m. to 1 a.m. or later.
